You charged me $299. Was supposed to be $149. I have no income. My therapist told me I could trust RO and they were the best. $150 is a big deal for me. I am disabled with less than $500 a month income.

Very easy and straight forward after you get through the many initial loops on the Ro website.

I was using life md. My refill sat for 30 days w no activity. I tried to reach customer service and after two hours I gave up. I went on ro’s website, filled out the paperwork, was approved and had medication shipped within 24 hrs. The communication has been great!

Your site is misleading on the price. It claims $149 but after I signed up I discovered that did not include the medication. I asked support that question and they confirmed it. Because of the lack of transparency I immediately cancelled my order. Only to find out my order has been processed and charged to my card. On your site it said the process would take 2-3 days to process. Very poor business practices.

Meds are easy to use, comprehensive instructions, highly communicative staff, great information on goal setting, diet, changing a mindset…

My experience was good. They got back to me very fast. I would recommend them!

The process is simple, there is dr you can communicate with, they concern about your health, there is more than one choice of medicine to choose from.

They are fast and do excellent job
