I was prescribed the wrong dose. They charged my card without authorization and no one is getting back to me to fix the situation they ignored it and sent it anyway. Be very cautious no phone numbers nothing .

Even if their own doctor's tell you to stop taking the medicine for dogs effects, they will still charge you and not offer any refunds

You have to jump through a lot of hoops in order to get what you need to get done. It took almost 2 months for them to approve my identification, which is crazy. I almost canceled my membership because it took so long for them to even approve me and now I’m waiting for them to send it and it’s gonna take another two weeks. I’m really sick of it.
