Ro is THE ONLY GLP-1 source that is honest and reliable. The website makes it easy to get started. Their phone reps are smart and helpful. It is easy to talk to the right HUMAN person when you have questions. Overall, Ro is vastly superior form those startups like Remedymeds and Noom, where you get a college kid on the phone. And Ro only prescribes FDA-approved meds, not compounded who-knows-what

I got charged 149.00 for something that said i wouldn’t be charged for immediately. I have tried to dispute the charge but i got no further information that i would be charged more for the subscription at the time. I am very displeased

I like the idea of Ro, I am very frustrated and disappointed that I have to pay $79 a month to be part of this program. I joined because I wanted to be on GLP-1’s and to save some money. Now I have to pay another $80. Not so sure how long I will stay because of that

Their communication is terrible. I would love to talk with someone, but I see no phone number and it seems virtually impossible to explain what you want. They keep sending messages. The customer should be able to communicate better.
