Great and easy process!

So far, the website is not as user-friendly as I’d hoped it would be

My experience has been good so far.

Very easy to set up and account and get started.

Just signed up so can't comment on too much. Can say approval and delivery was very quick. Communications so far is excellent. I fell in the same misunderstanding as others thinking my initial membership included meds. This should be bold and clearly stated up front for dummies like me that it is a separate and potentially substantial additional expense.

Very responsive

The process was easy to understand and complete. The review for eligibility was quick. The price is much better than a well known pharmacy which was very good for me because my insurance wouldn't cover the medication
