I have had trouble putting in my insurance. Everything I tried keeps starting me over . I already have a account set up. I did give my insurance and said it was approved but then in a email it stated I chose to pay out of pocket and I got charged . If I can't use my insurance I would like to cancel my membership.

Easy forms to fill out! The doctor had looked at my chart, information, and medications I use and owed me for one of the programs! The whole process was extremely easy. The medication will be mailed out, and the doctors and staff on call if I have more questions or side effects! I feel secure that I can call for any reason!
