Easy to set up.

I don’t like that the membership pricing is as much as the medication and you get literally nothing. It access to the expensive medication. You could get it literally anywhere for medication cost.

Easy process to get information and start program.

The initial prescription fee is the same as the eventual membership fee. It is not until you sign up for the membership, 3 months in, that you learn you receive nothing for this and owe another $149 per month to get the prescription. Bait and switch. I assume getting out of this will be way harder than getting in.

I still haven’t spoken to anyone nor have I received any meds..I am a bit concerned, not a good experience
