I got aproved with insurance and you still want to charge me

Confused on the website saying they work with insurance companies when this says they are not using my insurance confusion of course as always don't know why my insurance cannot be billed for medication

I started my GLP-1 journey with Ro, and from the beginning, they handled my insurance prior authorization and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. My follow-up appointments were equally well managed, and I genuinely felt supported by healthcare providers who evaluated my individual situation and prescribed accordingly. At one point, I wanted to increase my dose, but my provider recommended against it based on my rate of weight loss. That reinforced for me that they were actually paying attention to my progress rather than simply approving whatever I requested. I eventually switched to a less expensive online service for purely financial reasons. Unfortunately, the experience felt much more like a prescription mill, with very little meaningful medical support or engagement. When Ro introduced its discounted prepaid plans, the cost became comparable to the service I had switched to, so I decided to return. I was immediately reminded of how well Ro operates. They handled the renewal of my prior authorization and kept me informed every step of the way. I ultimately chose the prepaid annual membership. I now have a comparable cost while once again having a team of healthcare providers who are actually engaged in my care. For me, that makes Ro a much better value.
