So Deceiving They tell you the first of month of meds would be $39, then $149 each month after. Upon approval, I was charged $149 for the meds, in addition to the $39 membership fee. Then it goes from $39 membership fee to $149. The 2nd month I was charged $149 for the membership fee and $149 for the meds. Don't do it!!!!!

The worst provider in the history of providers. Charges me 300 and doesn’t even deliver the product and then tries to charge me another 300 for a replacement with no option of a refund. Absolute scam artist. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS

the process is good. I was just a little disappointed I did not get an answer to my email. In the past I took wegovy injections. I was up to higher dose then. I thought maybe 1.5 mg was a waste of time and money to start. I thiought the injection SE's were just a tad strong so I wanted to try the pill. But I thought the starting does might be too low with my hx. Otherwise very good...Steven

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my wife had Ro. When she signed up, she understood the cost to be $39 for the first month and approximately $74/month afterward. Based on that understanding, she agreed to try the service. Instead, after the initial $39 payment, she was charged $814. That was a huge and completely unexpected charge, and it was not what she believed she was agreeing to when she signed up. What makes this especially frustrating is how the pricing was presented. I feel the enrollment and billing process was not transparent enough about the possibility of such a large upfront charge. A company should make a charge of $814 extremely clear before taking the customer's money—not leave customers feeling like they were caught by a billing tactic. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Ro carefully review every screen, term, and billing condition before signing up and make sure they understand exactly when and how much they will be charged. For me and my wife, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I expected a roughly $74/month service after the introductory month, not an unexpected $814 charge.
