This company goes out of their way to conceal the true cost of their products. In advertising and in the sign up process, you are led to believe that you are getting a competitive price for your medication. At first, you might be surprised by the monthly membership fee required to do business with ro.co. It's not much, but it's still significant. Then the next month comes around- that membership that you didn't know you signed up for in the first place is now nearly 4X what you paid the first month! You were probably enticed by the discount and agreed to pay up front for multiple months of medication. Now- the medication and the membership, though they are inherently linked (you can't refill your medication without a membership), is billed as 2 totally separate products. You're probably very frustrated and a little embarrassed now. Ro.co offers you some "relief"- a discounted option to pay for multiple months of a useless membership, but since you're already 2 months in, that membership will be staggered off of your medication schedule. Since you already feel duped by ro.co, the thought of being locked into to many months of business with them is probably out of the question. So, you move to cancel your membership. This will remove your access to continue ordering your medication, so you will need to haggle with them for your refund on the medication that has not yet shipped. Not to be mistaken for a company that cares about keeping clients through good faith practices, your refund will be less the discounts given for your multi-month medication purchase. The craziest thing about this is that they could make a lot of money without treating their clients this way. I guess their calculations say that with enough advertising, angry, short term clients are more profitable than happy, long term ones. What a sham(e).

The order process for ordering the weight loss meds with RO was unimaginably quick. For reference, going to my primary at Kaiser took me weeks to see my doctor and I’m still waiting weeks later to join a mandatory weight loss class online. I’m glad I reached out to Ro which only took a few hours to place the order. The only problem I’m having now is the order was processed with next day air - yesterday but it’s still with Ro waiting for a UPS pick up. I’m traveling overseas tomorrow so I probably won’t get it in time.

I disliked that it wasn’t in bold/large print that there’s a monthly fee in addition to the medication fee. I will likely cancel after the first month.

Easy process for better health

I like the way you have constructed your web page. It’s easy to navigate. You have outlined the products describing them in detail how and way they work. The web designers did a tremendous job. You make the potential consumer feel cared for going the extra mile to be of service. You seem to care wanting to help giving choices.
