Ro advertised that you could start with the first month costing only $39 and then it only costing $149 a month after that. So I paid the $39 for the first month. Then they wanted to charge me $149 more. So I canceled and asked to refund my $39, but they refused to give me a refund.

I like the ability to get the prescription I need for my health, I dislike greatly the vague pricing down the road for your script as the dosage increases. Just show people what they can reasonably expect to pay for a year and offer the best options for savings. You're going to make your money for this, so just be more upfront. There are so many prescription drugs that cause weight gain, the pool of revenue will never go away. Stop gouging people and be honest about costs.

Great experience with fast delivery. Skeptical of the reasonable price as my health insurance doesn't cover unless you're pre-diabetic which I am not. Doctor visit online & he approved due to inability to lose weight. Tried the one month offer first & after ordering Sunday & received Thursday I changed to the annual charge. Saving $800/year. Hopeful that I'll lose my hysterectomy 106# gain in 15 months & have only lost 13# & that number goes up & down. Thank you RO for advertising on television with Serena Williams & I checked it out promptly
