I found the website to clear and very user friendly. So far RO has been a great resource and positive experience.

First of all getting to talk to an actual person was wonderful!!! Plus everything seems to be happening fast.

When I went through the process of checking to see if I was eligible, it says I would be charged only $39 for the first month. That was untrue and misleading. I was charged $39 as a membership fee and then $149 for the first prescription. The information provided during registration started only $39 for the first month. Now I'm very confused and hesitant to continue because I have no idea what I'm going to be charged next month.

Not able to talk to a person and get answer. I email questions yesterday and still waiting to hear from them. Wanted to get Wegovy the pill. Per website I am not entitled to it but will provide Foundayo. Per my search, it will take longer to reach my goal. So they will make more money

Easy to use, thorough, and informative

Such a long process to fill everything out and very confusing that it says insurance covers the product but then I get the amount from the pharmacy and it's almost $500 so makes no sense how that's not included or covered and later saw that in the fine print but no way knowing how much until you fill everything out and pick a package and put in your credit card information when you shouldn't have to do that until after you find out what insurance will or will not cover

Easy to join bit pricy but hope results are worth it
