Simple fast overall good experience

The pricing is deceptive - the advertised prices are only for ACCESS to the meds, not the meds themselves. The meds are an additional monthly fee. Once you’re locked in, you can’t cancel. So shop around and be aware of this if you decide to sign up. The meds seem effective so far and that’s good news.

I sent three emails on Friday for a cancellation with proof from UPS that the shipment was still at the pharmacy and not picked up by the carrier. They shipped it out REGARDLESS on Sunday morning. I cancelled per their policy BEFORE it was shipped. Upon arrival the ice packs were completely thawed and the pen itself was warm to the touch. Do NOT purchase from them. $299 for the med + $30 for one month service absolutely wasted.

My experience has been great, the site is easy to understand and prices are not extremely high.

Smooth process, finally an avenue I didn't have to beg and convince my doctor to allow me to travel. I'm excited to see a beautiful healthy lady looking back at me from the mirror. I left one star out because the price is awfully high compared to the many others out there.

Totally unhappy with the service RO manipulated. The fees are confusing and did not result in a provider consult. Instead I was given a generic response from the “provider “ I do not recommend at all. Be weary.

I started on Ro and it was easy and health care provider was honest and patient with me! Overall, a wonderful experience so far!!! I would definitely recommend to everyone I know!!!
