The questions asked are through. With our best interest in mind. I love the fact that there are a lot of choices to choose from. I love the step by step guidance on options of out of pocket or insurance led. It was easy managing the site. Out of pocket were better than expected.

I would give negative stars if possible. Their customer service doesn't answer questions. Their insurance concierge team lies and says you have approval, then you go to pick up the meds and it costs $1300 because their team didn't do the approval like they said they did. When questioned they ignore it. Their costs are outrageous compared to other companies. They keep their money and try to continue to take your money even after you cancel and request a refund for their failures. Do NOT join, it's a shady company.

Every step has been super easy. Talking to the nurse was informative. I was comfortable asking any questions I had and received answers that I can trust. So far, Ro has been a great company to start my new journey. They seem to really want to pave the way for my success!
