I ordered the same program for my husband + myself, you charged $199.00 for my husband +$39.00 for mine. this makes me angry as I thought the charge wou;d be the same.

You don’t get to speak with a live person. I spoke with my doctor and was advised not to take this medication. I tried to stop the shipment and have not been able to reach anyone in your company. I did contact my bank.

So far, my experience has been good. I'm early in the process and haven't received my meds yet. I'll rate the system again after that happens.

I could not find a phone number to contact and talk with an agent. The the pre-questions in the Contact Us section was not helpful at all. I canceled my subscription due to this. The wording on the categories threw me off in which I spent more than what I had budgeted for. And the prescriptions were just as much or more expensive than regular Dr Prescribed and picking up at the local pharmacy.

Thank you for your thorough review & timely response to my request. All documents & replies are detailed. I look forward to the process. I was confused about the cost as initially described as 149 then once options were presented, the cost was adjusted. This is a bit deceptive at the onset of the process.

The communication was great between doctor and staff who helped me through the process.
