Ordered a item from rkguns was told 7-10 days it’s been almost a month called customer service and they said in route to store for two weeks mind u I’m 200 miles from we’re they ship from bad business will not use rkguns again

I ordered my first firearm from RK Guns on March 1st. I contacted customer inquiring about delivery and was told it was delivered on March 7th. There was no follow up. The firearm was delivered to someone’s home who was a basket case. This has been the worst purchase experience ever. I would NOT recommend this company or it’s vendors.

Ordered 10 boxes of 5.56 ammo on 2/24, website said it was in stock. Made several inquiries after the 7 day mark to see when it would be shipped-no one knew anything. Today 3/14 received message ordered was cancelled as it was not in stock-no offer to substitute anything after a very long wait. RK Guns should not be in the mail order business as they don't have a clue what they are doing! Rural King has lost me as a customer

My husband has an order in currently, zwe are at the 2 week point and they have not even shipped it yet. This says a lot about RK guns, either they are lazy as heck, or they pile orders up and the shipping company they use is only paid to come once or twice a month to save them the hassle/money. Noone knows ANYTHING and can't seem to say when it will be shipped (he's been told up to 3 weeks) despite their own site claiming 7 to 10 business days. Which is ki d of ridiculous honestly, how long does it take really when competitors get things done in 2 days? And the warehouse is only about 4 hours from us!? Others ship from Texas and we get it in a fraction of a second compared to RK guns. No customer service, they seem rude as can be. Save for one woman that actually seems to give a darn. I wouldn't order from them again. Save yourself the time, hassle and upset of waiting 3 plus weeks for your order and go with LITERALLY - ANYONE ELSE! **making an edit here because we just got an update! So apparently they "oversold" and supposedly didn't know about this until 2 weeks into our wait (yeah freaking right! 🙄) we were lied to and led on for 2 weeks now, promised theybwould have our order out by this day, that day and another day. We'll here we are! Canceled the order bc they are now saying they had to order more inventory!? And will be another 2 weeks (or more) before it even ships! AND to male matters worse, everywhere we could have ordered from when we initially ordered it, is out of stock and needs to wait on inventory! THE LITERAL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRRR! and are they going to do anything fix it? DOUBT IT!

They sent me a rifle that did not have a removable side-baffle break when the one I ordered specifically stated that it was removable. I contacted customer service and they were extremely rude and repeated the same line over and over that "since I received the rifle I had to take it up with the manufacturer for warranty" and did not back up their sale in any way. I called the the manufacturer and they said exactly what I thought they would that I need to take it up with RKguns since I bought it through them. They advertised something that they didn't provide after I paid for it, should be false advertising or straight fraud. Absolute garbage.

Slowest shipping. Moss grew on me waiting for my item. They ship via 1 guy on foot apparently and he doesn't communicate with them, no tracking. At first it showed it took 5 days to go from IL to OH?!? I could walk that in less time.

I have purchased 4 firearms from RK Guns. Recently purchased online a Bergara B14 Wilderness 6.5 Creedmore. I got the gun home and noticed that the barrel was not coated properly which will cause rusting issues plus it just looks bad. RK Guns will not do anything since I took possession of the firearm. How would I know something was wrong with it without taking possession. They will not do anything to make it right. Most ridiculous thing I have heard in a long time. Will never purchase anything from them again. Beware if you get a gun that has issues. Their policy is you bought it so it’s your problem.
