Tried to order this 3 in 1 shotgun, short barrel, long barrel and a pistol grip. They advertise in stock then cancel after going round and round about delivery. That was a year ago. Tried to order a taurus 17 round 9mm. They emailed me stating they needed ffl copy from same dealer I used previously. I ordered a few times in past, few years ago, with no issues. I think the problem is in the customer service department.

Ordered a firearm to be delivered to my local Rural King. Took over three weeks to get there, but eventually did. Communication was very limited and sporadic. Once it was at the store, service was generally terrible, but that's another story.
