RK GunsReviews of rkguns.com

I ordered a riffles from RK guns over a week ago and it specificly said 3-5 day shipping as like a promotion thing. Of course I was told it will take 7 - 10 day just to get it shipped then another 3-5 days on top of that. Them i have to fill out paperwork then wait another week. Looks like its going to take 3 to 4 weeks before I actually see it. Yet they fail to mention that on the site. It also doesn't mention I cant order ammo for it at all. So now I have to try and locate ammo for a 338. Anyone that has tried to get 338 knows its impossible to find in Illinois. I have had nothing but issues with RL guns and will never purchase from them again. If my riffle is not ready for pick up by the end of next week I will be asking for a full refund. That is something that bothers me as well. I had to pay the full amount upfront and pat for shipping plus tax and they take theor sweet time. RL guns just seems like a scam too me. I over paid because I thought it would be quick and easy. I was wrong. They over charge for everything and I am starting to read reviews with complaints about issues with firearms as well. Maybe I should cut my loss and get a refund.

Couldn't be happier. I read a lot of the negative reviews but that was not my experience. I used RK Guns in Butler PA. Bill at the gun counter couldn’t have been more helpful, pleasant to deal with and super efficient. Had me in and out of there with my new firearm within a half hour.

I have purchased several fire arms from rk. I have always gotten the items I ordered in good form. I use the sweetwater tn store and can only comment on my experience with that location. I feel the prices are very competitive with other companies. The shipping can be slow and the in store ffl and back ground process can be timely. That being said the staffing I deal with is second to none. Their knowledge and professionalism have always been a pleasure. The gun barn is usually busy with In store traffic so I usually plan for 45 to 60 mins from start to finish for a gun purchase.

I ordered a 308 rifle 3.5 weeks ago. Not only have they not answered the 3 emails I've sent, the gun hasn't shipped. I'm starting to wonder if they're just going to cancel my order. Don't waste your time with this scam co

This is the 4th firearm ordered through rk. First 2 took a long time to ship, but eventually got what I ordered. The next 2 years apart from each other, order a sale item wait a month, buy all the excesseries for the said firearm while waiting just to get an email saying sorry we are out of stock! Mind you in that month the same sale has been ran 2 more times since, you can go on the website and order the same firearm right now at a higher price!

I ordered a Henry 45-70 paid for it. They sent me a notification that it was in. Went to get it. The rifle was there but the paperwork wasn't. They said they would have the paperwork there Monday. Isaid it would have to be early because I was going out of town for a week. They said they open at 7 AM. I got there a little after 7 AM. Paperwork still not there. I told them just cancel the order and refund my debit card. They said I would have to get a refund from the website. I'm not the one who didn't do their end of the purchase but I'm supposed to do all the work to get it corrected. What I'm going to do is go back Monday 7-21-25. If they still don't have the paperwork I'm calling the Better Business Bureau right in front of them. From now on I'll buy guns elsewhere. When you don't have your shit together you don't make the other party do the work to get it corrected.

Worst place to buy a gun from. A whole group of incompetent employees at the gun barn . Inexperience and slow .

I ordered a gun from RK that said was in stock. It has been a week and they still haven’t shipped it yet. I have called them numerous times but all I get is a voicemail saying that they will call back but it’s been 3 days and no call back. Tried messaging them and they will not respond back. Never again Just lost another customer but after reading other reviews they don’t care. Im not the only one who has complained but they do nothing to make it better. I will never do business with them ever again. 😡😡😡
