Rapid shipping, everything went smoothly, but communication could’ve been better.

Bought a Beretta on Nov 7, 2024. Come Nov 20, 2024 - no update on the gun whatsoever. Support would not respond to emails asking about the gun. Eventually, after calling to demand a refund for the complete lack of updates or clarity as to the status of the order, they tell us it's been ready for a week and a "software error" caused us to go without being told it was ready. Then, upon arriving to finally get our gun weeks overdue, we are informed another "software error" has made it so that we need to come back later to pick it up. Taking an already unacceptably overdue order and pushing it back even further on account of another ridiculous error on their behalf is, simply, unbelievable. Absolutely atrocious and unacceptable for a brand as recognizable and big as Rural King. Never going to buy anything from RKGuns ever again.

I placed 4 ammo orders, .22 rounds delivered but was shaken so badly rounds were falling out of the bottom of the box. Fun didn’t stop there, FedEX stated it was delivered but oddly there was no picture like the .22 round box. It was not, my guess someone what figured out what was in the second box and kept after marking it delivered. I don’t suspect a porch pirate bc I get packages everyday and have never had one stolen. So I opened a ticket with RKguns, they have been responsive but their process to deal with scenario is non-existent, told me to call FedEX who told me shipper has to open a claim bc as a receiving customer I cannot. After going back to customer support for help come to find out that the ammo is actually shipped by a 3rd party warehouse who apparently I am not allowed to contact. After repeated requests to just refund my noney or even better just ship me the 5.56 that I bought. So BEWARE THIS IS NOT AMAZON AND IS FATALLY BROKEN. I am trying the claim route but now I am hostage to this bs. I AM VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT ORDERING ANYTHING FURTHER. BUYER BEWARE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY. If they were customer focused they would have refilled my order and sent me a new replacement order, and then worked the claim to completion. But instead they chose to paint me as someone trying to steal ammunition, that’s great…you don’t trust me…I have no earthly reason to trust them ever again. Bought multiple weapons from RKguns, likely not doing that again either. Proceed at your own risk.

The last 2 colts l bought threw rkguns came in quick the 2nd only took 2 days very happy with my experience

NC, rural king morganton, I purchased a pistol online did background check delayed 30 days then dropped out. I carry concealed permit , store said I had 2 choices do another background check or call customer service for refund . I'm getting a refund less shipping charges so now I've paid to stock there shelf at the th store. If they do this a lot its scamming consumers.

Tried to order this 3 in 1 shotgun, short barrel, long barrel and a pistol grip. They advertise in stock then cancel after going round and round about delivery. That was a year ago. Tried to order a taurus 17 round 9mm. They emailed me stating they needed ffl copy from same dealer I used previously. I ordered a few times in past, few years ago, with no issues. I think the problem is in the customer service department.

Make me wait 6 days I don't live in the area ordered 2 mths ago redickuless.

Do not order on line from them they will send the wrong product!
