Ram Product Lead Time
Place an order for 14 pieces, found out 24 hours later they need to order it and can take 4 weeks to receive. This is a Ram issue not RJL's issue. Rich Lawson called and explained the situation and all was good. Don't hesitate to call and ask for Richard Lawson if you need to ask about anything.

They made sure I had the right product.
I ordered the wrong scanners and they called and confirmed my order and changed it to the correct scanners with bluetooth.
