The software is very user friendly
The software is very user friendly, it captures recordings really well and the customer care service is excellent. Theu respond within short notice and they are very patient and helpful.

Great Quality Software with Excellent Support

Riverside.fm has been a game-changer for my content creation! The local recording feature is a lifesaver, capturing top-quality audio and video from each participant, even if the internet connection isn’t perfect. Riverside has been a lifesaver

Effortless Remote Podcast Recording
I'm pretty sure I’ve tried every major remote podcasting platform, and nothing beats Riverside. I don't have a frequent need to record remotely, but when I do, it's often already somewhat stressful due to the change in routine. Having to pick up new software and learn how to use it when I really only need it occasionally can be a pain, but Riverside's design has made it extremely straightforward to pick up and use. And most importantly, the recordings are rock-solid every time. Every feature seems to be built with the actual user in mind, and it shows. While I haven’t used many of their AI features extensively, they’re rolling out new tools constantly, and the ones I have tested have been surprisingly polished.

Really great UX for recording
Really great UX for recording, and the quality has been very good. I've had a few issues with files in the past, but the customer service is really excellent and diligent. I am hoping for some adjustments in the AI tools, to improve audio and maybe a few upgrades with the editing suite, but overall it's been solid, and new features are always rolling out so I'll just be patient.

Riverside delivers what is promised
Riverside definitely delivers high quality video resolution. But they were also very responsive when I reached out about an audio issue. There are tons of other perks of using Riverside such as the magic clip feature for social media etc. We saved bit by bit to purchase a subscription for our remote podcast and in the end I am very satisfied to see that we made the right choice.
