Intuitive platform with superb customer service
Riverside is an intuitive platform that provides a superb platform for creativity. I’m not incredibly tech savvy and I rely on its ease of use. I also have to say that their customer service is top notch with prompt response, efficient service and impressive follow-up.

Riverside has been an amazing too
I've been using Riverside to create my podcast. It is easy and intuitive! You can schedule calls with guests and send them email invites. The interface is super friendly and I was able to start recording without any hassle. Being able to use my phone as a secondary camera is a game changer, allowing me to create more dynamic and engaging content. Overall, Riverside has been an amazing tool for my podcast. Highly recommended!

Pro Plan Riverside
Buying the Pro Plan has made it easier to edit my content and the Pro Plan is easy to navigate, especially using the editing tools which was the main reason why I started using Riverside. You can edit with the free base plan but I prefer the features of the Pro Plan.

Re-ignited passion in making videos
Me and my friend have been doing movie reviews for several years now And in the last year, I ended up moving to a different state. It has been very difficult for us to do videos together with us not being in the same place and we kind of lost interest in doing it. We tried different software that would’ve asked us to record and edit our videos together, but nothing seemed to work. It’s not until a friend of mine recommended Riverside.FM that we have now been using for the last three weeks to appoint that it is now reignited our passion in making videos and editing. I could not recommend this website more to anyone who is interested in doing recordings or editing.

A complete and total disaster.
A complete and total disaster. As a business user I invested in Riverside for an incredibly important interview podcast. I was hoping to use this software throughout 2025 with this being my first proper experience. I am using a quality MAC - Good connection I literally cannot edit my video without it freezing every 4-5 minutes of use. So I contact live chat - all good - very helpful. Apart from they cannot tell me whats wrong and send me the same cut and paste answers time and time again. So - 4 days later with a deadline to meat on this video - Nobody cares enough to actually help me beyond the copy and paste solutions that I have now received SIX times despite telling the last person I couldnt cope with seeing the same answers AGAIN. I thought it was going to be brilliant - It should be brilliant - it even SEEMS brilliant If you cannot edit the videos - ITS literally USELESS. If they see this review and care enough to actually try and find a solution / fix for my problems I will remove the review and give them 5 stars - but if this is still up - it means they didnt. I will forward this to them now - see if it prompts any action as right now all I care about it getting this interview edited so I dont let people down.
