Note: You may want to refer to your bank statement since you were refunded due to us being out of stock. This was sent to you in an email and we have not received any response from you since we notified you of the refund. Your order was placed 8 business days ago - on March 18th (not over 2 weeks ago) , and our current shipping timeframe is 8–10 business days due to a high volume of orders. This timeframe is clearly posted on every product page, shown again at checkout, and included in the order confirmation email. Your email was sent to us over the weekend when our office was closed. We returned your call on three separate occasions and replied to your email, but have not yet been able to reach you. We also left multiple voicemails at the number you provided requesting you to return our calls, since you will not answer the phone. We are actively assisting customers throughout the day and respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. We are happy to speak with you and assist further — please return one of our many calls or contact us during business hours so we can help.

We have already issued your refund, which has been processed on our end. Please refer to your bank for confirmation. For transparency, this matter was also reviewed by the Better Business Bureau, and they sided with our business after reviewing the full communication history. When you initially contacted us about receiving the incorrect lantern, we responded in less than one hour — after normal business hours — and immediately offered to send the correct item. Unfortunately, the conversation became hostile with you threatening , including inappropriate language directed toward our owner. We are a family-owned business and are committed to treating customers respectfully. We also expect that same level of respect in return. Because of the nature of the communication from you, we chose not to continue doing business with you. Anyone that endured the type of language you screamed and the threats you made would state the same thing. We wish you the best moving forward.

We’d like to clarify the situation for anyone reading. Your sister placed the order and both lids were included in the package. She sent us photos confirming this, and we also verified it through our packaging video footage. When she stated that you did not want the containers, the items were returned and we issued a full refund upon their arrival. Since you were not the one who placed the order or communicated with us, it’s important to note that you did not personally interact with our customer service team.

Rebecca, We’re sorry to see your 1-star review, but we’d like to clarify what occurred. You sent an email after business hours requesting to cancel an order. When our office opened the next morning, we had received 13 emails from you, several of which contained threatening and inappropriate language. As stated on our website, emails received after hours are reviewed once business resumes. When we saw your first message, we noticed you had multiple open orders, so we reached out to confirm which one you wanted canceled — but we did not receive a reply. In the meantime, one of your orders had already been packaged and loaded onto the FedEx truck, which automatically triggered a shipping confirmation. After receiving your subsequent emails with continued threats and foul language, we made the decision to cancel all remaining orders. You also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which was closed in our favor after we provided full documentation of the situation. We would also like to add: You filed a dispute on all 11 purchases you received prior to us cancelling your outstanding orders, and your bank reimbursed us because you tried to commit fraud. We provided all of the proof as well as to the local authorities. Our company owes you nothing. For the safety of our staff and integrity of our business, we do not tolerate abusive behavior. We’re sorry to see your 1-star review and wanted to clarify what happened with your order. A replacement clay pot was shipped as soon as our new shipment arrived. We reached out twice by email requesting damage photos so we could process your replacement, but unfortunately, we never received a response until about two weeks later. We always honor replacements for damaged items as long as the product is in stock — and when it’s not, we issue a refund. We take pride in standing behind our products and doing our best to resolve any issue quickly.

Your order shipped within our posted timeframe, and UPS delivered it just a few days later — well within our normal delivery window. We’re sorry to see your 1-star review and wanted to clarify the situation. You originally ordered a candle in the wrong color, which you returned. As a courtesy, we poured a brand-new candle in the correct color and sent three emails and made several phone call attempts regarding the small shipping invoice required to send the replacement. Unfortunately, since the invoice was never paid, we could not ship the new candle, and a refund was issued instead. Please note, as stated in our policy, we do not cover shipping costs for customer order mistakes. We always strive to be fair and transparent and would have been happy to ship your replacement immediately upon payment of the shipping cost.

We’re sorry to see your 1-star review and wanted to clarify what happened. No photos were submitted through our Damage Claim Portal, which is required for us to process a replacement or refund. As clearly stated on our website, we must receive specific photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label. These are required by UPS in order for them to reimburse us for damages caused during shipping. Without those photos, unfortunately, we’re unable to submit a claim or send a replacement. We explained this process in our email communication, but since the instructions weren’t followed, we were unable to move forward. We always honor damage replacements when the correct claim information is provided.
