Was a bit skeptical at first as I hadn't heard of Riverbend Home before, but after seeing they were based in New Hampshire I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm only giving 4-stars because the color of the glasses I wanted were out of stock, but I was able to find an alternative. Shipping was as expected. I will shop here again!

I received my merchandise ahead of what was quoted, very fast shipment.

Misleading website information, support is unhelpful either. Went to their website and a window popped up to subscribe and receive 10% off your fist order, did that, got the code that didn't work when checking out on the full price item, contacted support, they said to look at the email i received with the subscription code, they sent a ton of "exclusions " that don't work for most of the decent stuff you want to purchase. Just providing misleading information to get you hooked in, as most people don't unsubscribe from them later and just get their inbox flooded with junk.

For some reasons Trust pilot keeps removing my reviews so I don't know if this company pissed someone important off but I've shopped on Riverbend many times and have had good experiences every time. One order of glasses came well packed but one glass broke and they reached out to the brand to get me a new set. I thought sine it wasn't a packing issue they would blame UPS and not replace it but they did! Also another time I ordered from lots of different brands and each item was coming in separate packages because of drop shipping and their shipping notifications were accurate.

They have very poor customer service and are non welcoming people. They do not like trades or returns.

Product shipped fast and arrived on time and as described. Great service!!!

Best ever site! I ordered a le creuset premium cookwear in white! It arrived perfect! So easy to navigate the site! Will be back for more!
