I ordered my new bathtub online in an easy, simple transaction. Delivery was within a few days and I was informed about delivery time. Delivery was excellent, as promised and efficient. Now.... I have to get my tub installed so I can enjoy it!

I’m extremely disappointed with their shipping process. I ordered a sofa and two accent chairs. They split the order between two separate carriers and while the sofa is arriving (hopefully) within a timely manner, there’s no easy way to find the ETA for the accent chairs. When I called the carrier, and this is after going in circles to find a tracking number, they said it might arrive Monday, but it could also be Tuesday or Wednesday. That would be almost 2 weeks from the order date. Customer service is friendly, but I can’t understand why they’d break up an order and have it delivered on separate days. I can only hope that I actually receive the items now. I would not order from here again. Many of the items they sell can be found on other reputable retailers with implied shipping policies.

I ordered a set of kitchen towels. The quality is excellent and the color is exactly what I expected. I also ordered a table runner with a Halloween theme. It's adorable and I am looking forward to using it. The quality on the runner is better than expected. This is my second purchase from Riverbend Home and again they did not disappoint. This site is a definite hidden gem. Highly recommend!

My order was delivered to an open area by UPS and subsequently stolen. Riverbend were not willing to help or replace, even though this was 2 items of a 15 item order. Be extremely cautious buying from this company as if you face any issues, you’ll be left alone

I ordered the Fairfield window boxes and later realized I forgot to order the decorative brackets. I immediately made another order for them also. I was very glad both orders were shipped together on the same delivery truck, and they arrived earlier than expected.

Beautiful, classic quality furniture set. Delivered promptly. Good price.
