1.) A little too much free time during the trip and long shopping 2.5 hours in Barcelona on the last day 11. Ritz tour can use part of the shopping hour in Barcelona to spend Inside visiting the famous Gaudi Cathedral Church, not just taking pictures from the outside. What a waste! The trip can be shorten by at least One Day. 2.) $ 100 for Front of coach seat upgrades in the first two or three rows. Way too much $$, none of us took it. Ritz must be taking lesson from the Airline industry. 3.) A pre-book optional excursions in US Dollars was sent to us but was later revised to a higher price. Ritz tour should honor the prize they published. 4.) Tipping, don't understand why in Euro. When previously traveled to China with Ritz Tour, we were told tipping in US $ because the trip tour is originated from the US. So it should be the same tipping in US $ to other countries, not go by the higher value of the currency for the tip.

Some difficulty in arranging trip and getting information to our group. No meet up the first night which left us alone in Beijing with no idea of where to eat, etc since meals weren't provided at the hotel the first night. Accommodations were varied with each hotel, and room assignments not always as requested. Some rooms not ready at afternoon arrival. Location of hotels not always in areas that had walkable activities. We had different guides in each city. Two were great, two were ok, and one was unacceptable. We didn't have any information about our domestic flights until the day before each trip. Food was plentiful and other than large breakfast buffets, very mediocre. Our trip was amazing, but not because of this tour company. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I had a very good experienced especially it was my first time to used RitzTours. Siu Fun was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know when my husband and I took the China trip in October 2017. On June 6,2018, we are going to Europe and again Siu Fun helped me. There is no question that I will definitely recommend Ritz tour to my family and friends. Vangie

I was pleasantly surprised with what I learned about China. The history, the culture, the traffic (OMG) and the cleanliness. The local foods were interesting (-: and being pampered at 5 star hotels was definitely a huge plus. Shanghai blew me away I had no idea it was so high tech and modern WOW! New York has nothing on Shanghai. Now, what can I say about our guid, Ocean. Two words, simply the BEST!!! Ocean made me and my wife's first trip to China a very special one. He's a pleasant person to be around and extremely Knowledgeable (knows his craft backwards and forwards). He's professional, diplomatic and will "Take Charge" when its required. I heard several people in my group, including myself and my wife say they would follow Ocean anywhere (he is just that good at what he does). He made sure we made the best of our China trip. On the last day he accompanied the group to the Shanghai airport and actually flew with us to Beijing to help us check-In (a true professional to the end). A person with all of these qualities is very hard to find. I was in the US Army for 24 years and can recognize a natural leader when I see one. His experience in the field has prepared him for a promotion to management.

Excellent trip to Viet Nam

Very well organized tour to China . The best guides and drivers ! The guides were knowledgeble , helpful , on time , kind and ready to help with everything . The hotels were 5 strars , elegant , and serve very good brekfast . Some included lunches were taste , spfisticated and very good. I will recommend Ritz Tour to anybody that wants to have a perfect vacation

The pre-tour organization was efficient, courteous, and smooth. The land transfers were timely and punctual. Hotel recommendation was good, the hotel is in excellent location. The tour director was very responsible and responsive to our needs. Local tour guide is knowledgeable and humorous. The driver was professional. Program of visitations is sufficient, not strenuous.
