Japan's tour is little inconvenience, we're big group with a tour guide has little problem with English, we knew he did try his best but more fluently English will make more easy. We have concern about train transfer, why can we go on bus? or we can go by train but need more peoples to help get on train. The train station is very crowded, and very on times. It's very difficult for elder peoples on group to catching up big crowd @ train station. Something your Ritz tour might have to think about it. One of lady on tour group was stripping because we're moving too fast between too many peoples try to get on train. Beside that everything was good.

And The Best was Our Fine Tour Guide ,his name is Jeff ! Jeff made Our Trip Delightful and Very Interesting. Jeff provided lots of insight,plenty of information,highly organized,concern for the group concerns,happiness and wellbeing.

On all the trips to China with Ritz tours They have take us shopping at stores that are not reputable I but a ring very expensive with diamonds and a pearl The pearl fall and tucked to a jewelry in the Houston Texas and the diamonds were fake and was not gold !!!!! This last time at the silk factory I but a comforter and a set of sheets all silk and they only pack the comforter !!!! I try to contact bouth guides to let them know my problem but they never contact me back I tried to call Ritz but the persons who arrange the trips never called back.

Our family's trip with Ritz to China was phenomenal. We made modifications to the start of the 10 day Beijing-Xian-Shanghai to visit family in Taiwan for 2 days and then stay after in Shanghai for a few days. Ritz had no trouble finding us superb accommodations and extending our stay in the same hotel. Once we arrived in Beijing, we were greeted by our tour guide Jenny. I can't say enough great things about Jenny. She is a super experienced, super friendly tour guide that goes above and beyond the call of duty. Part of our tour group decided to go to Guilin but when they came back to Shanghai after their plane was delayed, Jenny was still there at 2:30 in the morning to take them to the Shanghai hotel. Jenny's english is excellent and she guides/entertains and educates. My 3 children ages 11, 9, and 6 absolutely loved Jenny. My wife and kids who do not speak Chinese appreciated the excellent service in english. I would also say that Beijing-Xian-Shanghai is relatively kid friendly (which is not easy). Breakfasts at all of the 5 star hotels were AWESOME. Every day is planned very well and even though each of the locations is absolutely packed with domestic Chinese tourists, Ritz and Jenny know how to make the most of every minute. Being flexible in spite of unpredictable weather, traffic, and seas of people helped us see and experience a lot. We will never forget our Taiwan-China trip. I would book definitely another trip with Ritz in a heartbeat.

Everything on my tour with Ritz was excellent. I enjoy staying at the five star properties. All of our tour guides were well knowledgeable and friendly. I have already booked another tour with Ritz for 24 people to Dubai and India.

Excellent tour guides provided in China. Some of the destinations seemed too long and we ran out of things to do. Being forced to visit a Jade Factory (Xian) was obnoxious. Forced to listen to sales pitches for 2 hours. This part of the tour was our least favorite.

This is my third Ritz tour of China. They were all excellent and well done. The tour guides are really great. They know their stuff.
