Everything was so organized and planned so well,5 star hotel accomodation.We were four people in the group which worked so well for us.There was always the english speaking guide to receive us at the airport until the time we were ready to get boarding pass for the next flight and of-course the driver who provided us with nicely accomodating SUV.The staff in each city were very courteous,friendly,very knowledgeable,informative and more then willing to give the history of the city.Buffet meals provided in every hotel were more than we could eat and lots of varieties provided for every palates likings. My only suggestion is,when the lunch is provided in the restaurants while on day tour Need improvement.Its nothing like Chinese food we eat in USA. I think the tourists should be asked about their likings and choices of dishes should be given before lunch is ordered. The whole experience was beautiful and excellent.I would highly recommend RITZ TOURS for all vacation plans.I am also looking forward to visit another Country thru RITZ TOURS next year, already my planning is in the works. Really a 4.5. Very pleased with all the guides and accommodations. A bit exhausting two days when we started early and went straight thru to a show in the evening.

We had a wonderful experience on our 16 day tour of China. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, from the excellent food, awesome accommodations, and superb logistics. We never had to wait for entrance to any venues, buses were always on time and flight/airport transfers were seamless. Our guides were excellent, especially Jenny who was our guide most of the trip. She did an outstanding job, went above and beyond to make our trip a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Ritz tours and this trip to China.

Overall the trip to China was pleasant but my tour included 3 evening shows (too many) which should be made optional as there is not enough leisure time to enjoy the city night life. Shopping stops were not optional. Some tour guides took us to a store or factory without asking first. We spent too much time at a factory and lost time at the next attraction.

Overall, our 12 day Ritz Tour of Spain & Portugal was very good and well planned. Our tour guide, Damien was very helpful, professional and courteous. The local guides were also very professional and patient especially Daniel in Lisbon. The only optional tour that we had some reservations was the Cave gypsy flamenco dance which was too crowded, noisy and dance choreography and dancers were so-so. Gibraltar was a last minute add-on and well worth the effort and cost. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this tour with Ritz.

Just completed the 12day China tour. The accommodations were excellent and the tour local tour guides was very knowledgeable. No complaints on the entire tri. Would use Ritz tours again. Thank you to Lillian and Ritz!

The food was poor and same menu each time e.g. sweet & sour pork or chicken but, without the pork or chicken... all flour, sautéed cabbage, whatever local veggies, and egg or corn starch soup. And, the service was rude and unpleasant. You’re not allow to ask questions or ask what dishes they are putting on the table. Most outrageous, for each meal everyone is limited to one small glass of drink only....I would say about 4oz......funny huh!? I’ve never hear of such thing. However, tips is expected prior to services render. I don’t think they understand the definition of TIPS (To Insure Proper Services). Which means only given after you are satisfied with the services render.....again never heard of such thing. This was suppose to be a NO shopping tour but, we were taken to jade factory, silk factory, and tea factory. Totally not what was expected; I would not recommend this tour.
