Terrible customer service. I bought the gazelle, which arrived broken. It was broken before it was shipped, the boxes had no damage. I have tried contacting them via phone, Facebook, website chat and email and cannot get a response. I’ve ended up having to dispute the payment. I love the equipment but will be ordered from elsewhere in future due to their customer service.

I informed customer service about the foot plates being slippery. Their response to me was i should wear non-slip shoes. So it was my fault. At my own expense, I applied a nonslip surface to the foot plates consisting of paint mixed with an anti-skid paint additive. There is no slippage now which is much safer to work out.

I reached out and never got a response, the boxes arrived damage and so the part, part scratched and bent. Never ordering Ritfit again

We still haven't received all the product we ordered

I originally left a negative review regarding my RitFit leg extension machine because I was unaware the product shipped in two separate boxes. After receiving the first shipment, I unpacked everything and believed a large portion of the machine was missing, which understandably led to frustration. To RitFit’s credit, their customer service team reached out directly, took the feedback seriously, and spent time working through the issue with me professionally and patiently. My original complaint had nothing to do with the actual quality of the equipment itself—only the communication regarding the shipping method. What stood out to me most was seeing a company provide real-world customer service: acknowledging a customer concern, listening to the feedback, and actively working to improve the process so future customers do not experience the same confusion. I currently own several RitFit products in my home gym, and overall I’ve been very happy with the quality and value they provide. I appreciate the professionalism and follow-up from their team.

I am really impressed with RitFit! The leg machine and M1 are both high quality, sturdy, and smooth to use, it really feels like a commercial gym setup at home. Customer service was also excellent! super responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service, no one ever answers the calls and they don’t tell you if you order a package of equipment if anything is back ordered . Been waiting on my bench for weeks now

Easy to process any order and shipping is always in a reasonable timely manner. Very happy so far with this company. Quality is great!
