I have the Buffalo Smith Machine and the Leg Curl/Extension machine. RitFit’s equipment is excellent, but what is even better is their customer support. Matt has been beyond exceptional. I will only buy my gym equipment from RitFit going forward!

Save yourself the money, time, and frustration! I was extremely disappointed with this entire purchasing experience, from the pricing and customer service to the quality of the equipment and the nightmare of putting it together. First, I discovered that the exact same equipment was being sold by the SAME COMPANY on other websites for significantly less money! I strongly recommend comparing prices across multiple websites before making a purchase so you don't make the same costly mistake I did. To make matters worse, the customer service was awful and completely unhelpful. The equipment was shipped in separate packages, but I was only provided with one tracking number. I had to contact the company myself just to find out what happened to the rest of my order and request the second tracking number. There was no proactive communication or effort to make the delivery process easier. When the equipment finally arrived, the frustration continued. The assembly instructions were extremely poor, lacked important details, and made putting the equipment together unnecessarily difficult. For the price charged, I expected much better quality, clear instructions, and a company willing to stand behind its products. Between the inconsistent pricing, terrible customer service, lack of shipping communication, disappointing equipment quality, and frustrating assembly process, this purchase was absolutely not worth the hassle. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING! Compare prices, research the company, and read customer reviews carefully. Don't make the same mistake I did. There are better ways to spend your hard-earned money than dealing with this level of frustration and disappointment.

We love our M2 3D Pro Smith Machine! Not only does RitFit have great products but their customer service is very helpful and responsive. We have had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend them for all your gym equipment!

RitFit as a whole has exceeded my expectations. The gear, equipment, and customer service has been top notch. Great quality for the price you pay. I have converted my garage into a amazing home gym for a fraction of the cost to its competitors. I will continue to use RitFit equipment, and refer others to use their products as well.
