★★★★☆ My experience with RitFit was a mix of product quality and excellent customer service. The equipment I received was not fabricated correctly, and unfortunately the underlying issue with the equipment itself was not corrected. That is the reason I’m giving RitFit four stars rather than five. That said, I was very impressed with how their customer service team handled the situation. They listened to my concerns, worked with me to find a practical solution, and ultimately sent several additional attachments at no charge. Everything was shipped as promised, and I have now received the items. I appreciate that RitFit stood behind the customer experience and made a genuine effort to make things right. While I still believe the original fabrication issue should have been corrected, the customer service and follow-through were excellent. Overall, I’m happy with how RitFit handled the situation and would be comfortable purchasing from them again.

The hack squat machine is great looks good works the way it supposed to but its not perfect, the bearings make grinding noise since the third time i used it, i added the original oil at the start and then added 3:1 oil when i started to hear the grinding but no luck,use it until it breaks i guess

The customer service has been great. The products have been better than expected. Setup wasn’t terrible, the installation instructions could be written a more clear. Especially when something needs to be placed in a specific way. Definitely recommend if you want a budget friendly, good quality setup for your home gym!

Great machine and customer service

The equipment was packaged well and seems to be good quality. Customer service has been good to work worth I had to change the shipping address to a different location to receive the bigger freight package which has been a little complicating to get worked out but they have been very helpful with getting it worked out.

Easy to order but would have liked the option to replace stack uprights with reinforced rather than buy separately. Now I have extra uprights… More in depth on tracking would have been nice before I needed to email support. Still no points for the purchase…

First time buyer looked at a bunch of reviews before purchasing the 3 in 1 leg press machine. Material quality great for what we are paying. The delivery time was really quick and everything came when I was told it was supposed to. Unfortunately why I'm not giving a 5 stat some of the pieces were scratched and ding. My safety bar in some places was pretty messed up like someone scratched the red paint all the way to the metal and it's pretty noticeable. Please on the foot plate add extra grip as it tends to be a bit slick had to buy some grip tape from a hardware store. Other than that great product can't wait to develop with the machine.

I didn't like how all the pieces arrived on different days. When assembling not all the holes matched up so I had to drill my own. I like how all the nuts and bolts are labeled with the steps. I wouldn't say this is heavy duty or professional grade but it's good enough. It's smooth and quiet and feels solid. I'm going to try it out today.
