We purchased a complete home gym with power cage, weight bench and plates for Christmas gift. Upon set up, we discovered that a pulley was completely broken. We reached out to the company right away, but being that it was Christmas, we did expect a delay in reply. To our surprise, they did reach back quickly, but instead of sending a new part, they are treating us as if WE are trying to scam them. I have the original request for replacement. They requested pictures of the broken part. I sent them. They asked for the order number, I sent it. No response. I called, they said the person who got the emails had to review them. This is going on day three and I just want a replacement part. In addition, the welding isn’t that great but that is a concern for another day. If I ever get a replacement part, I will consider writing a rescue of the actual equipment but for now, BUYER BEWARE! Update: replacement part was sent but then as we continued to assembled the equipment, two additional pieces were broken or missing so we are weeks into this without having a functional product

Buyers beware!! I ordered my items and still have not received them all a month later. The shipping companies they use are low-budget and I got the excuse twice that they cannot deliver to my address because they do not have any drivers. This should tell you the quality of this company already. I am close to a very large city so they do not have any excuse for this. When I emailed customer service they don't care and just tell me the same thing that the shipping company tells me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Customer service is non-existent!! Not a bad product but if anything is wrong with your order or you need to return. Your out of luck

I've been doing dumbbell workouts nearly everyday on this bench for 2 months now. Things I like about this bench: • Feels well made and sturdy. • Foldable form is perfect for apartment living. • Mine doesn't wobble, like at all. • That foothold thing is optional, you'll notice I didn't attach it to my bench. • Some other foldable benches sit really high off the ground for some reason, this one is normal height. • I appreciate that the design is low profile and doesn't look obnoxious next to my furniture.
