The Rite Aid website was great until about 3 months ago. Then they changed something and I constantly get "access denied" messages. Unless they quickly make improvements, I won't be surprised if Rite Aid completely goes out of business.

Customer beware of sloppy service

Customer service online is terrible. I asked a simple question about my online order and never received a response. Rite Aid needs to do something about responding to customers by their customer service!!!

I have used the Rite Aid in our township for many years, but lately the have a staff that seems pre occupied with things other than customers, several times I have had them repeatedly ask for name and birthday, because they aren’t paying attention, talking among themselves, this is after waiting in line for several minutes and many more behind me. The last straw was a script a doctor sent over in the afternoon wanted me to start it that evening, and they didn’t fill it until the next morning. So I am done with them. Got that scrip filled at local grocery store pharmacy and way better staff and much better attitudes, you put your information in on a touch pad and don’t have a person asking you three times!

I waited for the the Rite aid store to open Monday morning in my home town the manager opened the door I walked in the first thing she said was do anybody sleep in this town well I was livid and responded ppl have things to do plus go to work now mind you in this divided nation I wanted to lash out or have her fired . I think for being a manager she has bad customer service . I would like for her to be retrained or fired

I've never been as happy with our service at the Rite Aid Pharmacy as I am when we're helped by Tina at the South Eugene Oregon store. She's amazing. She's kind, helpful, and compassionate. You dont get customer service like this any more. She is the reason we still use the Rite Aid pharmacy instead of Safeway or Walgreens.

Horrible service and very rude staff. They have no problem fighting with customers, do not keep meds in stock, and they're wait times are in weeks not hours or minutes. I found a smaller pharmacy that is much better and I am so happy I do not have to deal with they're unprofessional business tactics. I have kids with adhd, and when I tried filling they're prescriptions I was treated like a drug addict and told that they're well being is not they're problem. Horrible pharmacy.

The pharmacists at the rite aid in coloma Michigan 49038 ,, are wonderful. yes we are all human have made minor mistakes that they fixed right away , I have a big order and they start filling for me 2 days before I have to pick them up . They always ask if I have any questions and overall they are a great company to have on my health care team . No one ever gives credit where credit is due . Thanks for the great care
