If I could put a negative star, I would. I have had more problems there since the two male pharmacist left a year or two ago. I can never get a complete prescription even though I get a call saying it’s ready. I have to make two trips to get it as well as any prescription that is called in, I get a text saying it’s out of stock. I’d also like to add these are the same prescriptions I’ve taken for nearly 20 years and I always got them filled at that location. It wasn’t always Rite Aid and I never had a problem until the last couple years when they changed pharmacist down there. When Dave and the other male pharmacist we’re down there I could always count on getting my prescriptions filled completely and correctly the day I got the text, not partially filled. I’ve had it!!! I just switched all my prescriptions to CVS today. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!

Horrible Service I placed an on line order on Monday, paid for overnight delivery and today is Thursday, still no order. I was told I cannot cancel my order and it was suggested I not worry, it will arrive. I have called four times and one representative did finally credit back the overnight charges and for the inconvenience, was emailing me a 30% coupon for the store. That was yesterday, no coupon arrived. This is dysfunction at its finest.

I am tired of not being able to email a prescription and having to listen to that long drawn out telephone message and not being able to just quickly email a request, for a year now they have been telling us it’s in the works, I’m only one customer so probably nobody cares but if they don’t switch to a new system I will transfer our prescriptions to another pharmacy, come on it’s 2019,

I wish there was an option for no star. I would strongly suggest before filling a prescription here that you download the RX app right it is almost always the most expensive store for any prescription. Some of my prescriptions are $18 at other pharmacies and they’re $98 at writing very disappointed I will never ever fill another prescription at the store

Rite Aid is a prejudice and unethical company one of the worst. Rite Aid only cares about the almighty dollar and will sacrifice everyone. Rite Aid only caters to The ethnic group in which they choose (Arabic, Middle Eastern and White). ITS TIME FOR COMPANIES TO SEE EVERYONE FOR WHO THEY ARE NOT JUST THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN. If you are not a liar, thief, manipulative or down to the bone evil Rite Aid has no use for you. The customer service is very poor on every level as far as the whole company. Safety is not a concern for this company when it comes to their employees. Rite Aid does not solve problems. Problems are swept under the rug so upper management can be happy. If your an employee that goes by the book DO NOT WORK FOR RITE AID. When you ask a question or question anything that is not right LIES WILL BE TOLD TO HAVE YOU FIRED, intimidation will be used and further more THERE IS NO RESPECT. The Pharmacist for this company are rude and show zero respect for customers. THE PHARMACIST HAVE NO ISSUE WITH TELLING YOU TO GO GET YOUR SCRIPTS FILLED AT ANOTHER BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU CAUSE PROBLEMS. THE PHARMACIST WILL LOOK AT YOU AND DECIDE WHAT MEDICATION THEY WILL FILL. IF THE PHARMACIST FEELS YOU ASK FOR PAIN MEDICATION TO MUCH OR HAVE WHAT THEY CALL (track marks and scratch marks) they will label you as a drug user and refuse to fill your script. Rite Aid would not thrive if the public did not patronize them but somehow Rite Aid has forgotten that the public is what keeps there doors open. If this company was to go out of business it would be a blessing. This company should be ashamed of themselves to even exist. Learn how to treat your customers, employees and be fair across the board. IF YOU CAN NOT DO THAT THEN CLOSE THE DOORS AND SPARE THE WORLD OF POOR EXCUSES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Honestly, rite aid on main street, the bathroom is filthy, I wrote this on this Iocation, last year. It still disgusting. Beacon,newyork.

Their hours of operation are convenient but they also have no clue. I have repeatedly been shorted on my meds and I call and am spoken to like a druggie they even flagged me in the system because they counted 30 short. If you can handle the nonsense in trade of the late closing hours they are fine. All pharmacies are a pain in the a** when you are prescribed a controlled substance that’s just the way it is.

I have filled my prescriptions there for a longtime now. I’ve only had a few big incidents with them and this last one was it I’m going elsewhere. They shorted me 30 pills I called and they called me a junkie and a liar and finally they did inventory and guess what? I’m not a junkie or a liar they were wrong and instead of doing inventory first they judged me straight off. Go to CVS or quite frankly anywhere else.
