I ordered two bands and was charged for two bands and only received ONE. I have waited and extra 10 days to see if they were mailed separately. Have not received 2nd band yet as of today.

Your company only had one of three items that I ordered. I was told that the items would not be available at any time.

Product broke almost immediately. After going in circles with the service person confirming the item, then my address to send me a new one, I never received a final confirmation. Write to them several times after with no response, and never received a replacement or a refund.

At the beginning of January, I ordered some straps. At first I didn't get a confirmation email, so I contacted Ritche 4 days later to see if everything was ok. I got that confirmed, but they were busy and that's why I hadn't got it. On January 11, the money was withdrawn and on the 20th I wrote again, as I haven't heard anything, but got an email to rate my experience here. The same day I wrote to Ritche again but haven't heard anything since!

ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received the watch band

I ordered 3 20mm. The first pack I ordered is an 18. I compared the bands and the next one looked larger, so I opened it, and it was a 20. Unfortunately, my Frederique Constant appears to be 21mm. When I attempt to log in to your site it says you don't recognize my email address as having an account so I can't even process a return order. I need help.
