The customer service at Ritche is amazing. The people are super friendly and will move mountains to make you a satisfied customer. Their straps are great as well for the price. I expect the company to grow significantly and over a wider variety of straps and bracelets in the future. Definitely recommend.

Looked for a canvas watchband on Fossil for a few years hoping to find a replacement similar to the original that broke after years of wear and tear, but eventually found the best match on Ritche instead. It was inexpensive and I can tell it's higher quality than the original Fossil one because it has stitching around the buckles instead of just glue like the Fossil one. Very happy with the purchase and have recommended Ritche to others as well.

I added 4Ritche watch bands to a large collection from many other band makers, including a black silicone for a Samsung smartwatch, a leather + nylon combo, an alligator-embossed leather, and a genuine leather band that are used with multiple other watches. In comparison with other manufacturers, I was surprised by the high quality of each band, especially for the price. With each purchase, the company contacted me with a genuine interest in feedback and an obvious concern for quality.

Actually the price point is very good compared to other leather straps out there. I cross shop and found that Ritchie are on point for this segment. For sure you need to look these up to compare and make ur decision.
