I received it on time and in good condition but I am unable to take links out so that it will fit because the tool does not work. Please send me a tool

I purchased two watch bands for two different watches. The size needed was 24mm. I received the bands in less than two weeks which is acceptable. However, the bands were both 22mm and don't fit my watches. I sent correspondence to the email listed on my receipt asking for a return address to send back the bands in exchange for 24mm size. I have yet to get a response. I found an address in Dallas TX for Barton Watch Bands and I will be mailing out my watch bands with a request for the correct size. If this doesn't work, I will ask Pay Pal for a refund or some equitable resolution.

Overall it fits well but I ordered an alegator leather wrist band and it just lacks the alegator look to it. Looks more like smooth leather .

Nice watch band but almost too short. I managed to get it to the second hole.

The color I wanted was out of stock but I didn't find out until after I placed my order. So rather than cancelling my order I ordered something else. What I received was a good quality band at a fair price. But it's not the same quality as Samsung watch bands. And the edge that attaches to the smart watch is square, not rounded to conform to the watch.

The band itself is nice but the quick release pin isn't strong or sturdy enough and would occasionally pop off the watch. I put the pin from my original watch band into the Ritche band and now no issues.
