I have not received my order. I am unhappy about that. If it has not shipped, please cancel.

I have been trying to contact Ritche watch bands to return a watch band and I have been waiting several days for a response. Communication is very poor. The watch band is very uncomfortable.

Ordered a watch band on September 21, and it still has not been delivered as of October 5. I don't even know whether the watch band is of good quality, but the delivery/shipping times are way too long.

I ordered a band 2-3 yrs ago. It fit and worked well. This band needed replacement so I ordered the same band in the same size. This one detaches itself from my watch. Their website states I can "live chat" with a CSR. In order to do so, I had to set-up a Facebook acct. I passed on that offer and sent an email. I was promised a reply w/in 24 hrs, often w/in 1 hr. Neither occurred and I'm still not able to use the band. If they can't service their product, the future is bleak and I'll move on to another company and cancel my sale w/ Ritche.

It's been over a week and a half and no shipping notification. I've replied to their email to cancel the order and there has been no response. They were plenty quick to accept my money.

I have place an order 20 days ago. I haven’t received any update and they are not responding to any emails.

You cancelled the order and I still do not know why

Made order on August 1, not received yet and even not shipped. Tried to reach customer support many times without success. I had to open a case in PayPal for the refund.
