I like the watch band! But the sale was buy one get one free. But all I received was the one that I paid for! Kinda false advertising!

The one you ordered is not under the promotion for "buy 1 get 1 free".

Shipping took a long time.I wish the products by this company would have been easier to size and order from Amazon. that would have saved the 3 week wait for the shipping. I like the product.

the ordering process was fine as to was the delivery from the USA to Australia however the bands themselves were a little hard to fit, it seemed like the material was too close to the pin ends and took me a bit of time to get them on

Buckle and pin need to be larger. I have other tropic straps that are thicker also Will not be wearing this.

Beautiful strap but the color compared to the picture was not accurate. I’m also still waiting for further info regarding my refund/return.

The strap itself is nice but the pins aren't quite long enough, I can't secure the strap to the watch....
