Service was great. There was an issue in regards to Lunar New years (Chinese new year) delays. Was unaware due to site and social media not noting any type of delays that may come due to holidays. However I was able to look past that. I was contacted through all sources. I was also properly taken care of.

Great material. Silicone band, is the right thickness (not thin like most other brands), and smooth while putting on or taking off.
