The watch band was barely able to bend around my wrist, not comfortable at all. Additionally, the material was scratched irreparably by my fingernail... Meaning this band looked worn and terrible by the time I even got it onto my watch.

Im still waiting for my package, 7 days past the latest expected arrival, 12 days after the earliest expected arrival. I don't think it ever was even sent! Asking for a refund.

I ordered 2 bands about 3 weeks ago. Good initial contact with customer service as one of the bands I wanted was out of stock so I gave another option. I was told they would ship the next day. Now, after multiple emails they are not responding and I've been charged twice for the same order, watches still haven't shipped it just says confirmed on order tracking and they are not replying. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Band was shipped in the wrong size I ordered 20 mm and got 18mm. Never received a reply from my email inquiry. If I could get a response and resolve I'd rate at a 4 star .

Ordered wrist band for mens timex watch, band did not fit. nor could I get the pins out and put in mine. This has never happened before where I couldnt get the pins out. Now I have a piece of junk.
