I ordered an alligator style band and got a plain leather looking one. Bait and switch?

One of the bands was damaged upon receipt. Contacted customer support and have yet to receive a response. The holes on the band are difficult to press the little pin through to get the watch secured on my wrist. I don’t believe there is any type of quality control. The color on the bands is nice but other than that the product is of low quality.

Watch bands are very thin. Buckles are also flimsy. I do not trust putting my $ 400 watch on the tiny pins. Wasted money

I never got my order...I have been waiting for weeks...not Happy

I have not received my watchband. According to the tracking, it is in Bismark and has reached its destination.

I placed an order with buy 2 get 1 free. Clearly stated on order invoice. Only got 2 in the package.

It is looking like Ritchie Watch Bands is going to replace the bands to my complete satisfaction. I will re-post when I receive the replacements. The too-small canvas strap was my error, I did not know that Series 7 watches come in smaller sizes. What a waste of my time and money. I ordered 3 canvas straps for a series 7 Apple Watch. When they arrived 2 were fake leather. The canvas strap was for a smaller watch.
