Band Doesn’t fit in my watch Email for return but get no response Bad very bad experience

The pins do not even fit in the watch properly...thank you again for taking a hard earned $20 and just throwing it away for me...

Well how long must I wait for this band I could of just went to the store its been 3 weeks and nothing I will never purchase anything from you

I got the wrong order, 2 black straps came with 2 silver dots on the strap and I must have ordered it wrong. I didn’t know it was going to be 2 straps , but not happy at all with straps. Help!!

It’s been over two weeks since I placed an order for one single Ritchie NATO band. Didn’t realize the order would ship from China as that wasn’t disclosed anywhere, and the order seems to have just disappeared from tracking service. The last update was several days ago and listed as “ departed shipping partner facility, usps awaiting item.” USPS has still has not received the item and no further updates are available.

I purchased a watch band on line on 8/23/22. Never received a confirmation e mail or order number, but they did charge my credit card. Left message for them to call me. Never received a call back. Very frustrating, as this was a gift to go along with a watch i purchased for a birthday gift. Don't waste your time or money.

I live in Alaska, the company is based in California. The products looked awesome so I made a purchase only to receive an email saying they couldn’t ship to Alaska. They should have stated such on their website

Wrong color band was shipped. Although phone number is a California number, the band was shipped from China. I emailed them on Friday, so will see how long it takes for them to respond and to see how they handle the return and refund request.
