I ordered a blue band and 2 brown bands arrived

My ORDER #6538 is missing one of the three bands I purchased. The Sports Silicone Quick Release Watch Bands -Black/Red/Black Buckle × 1 Black/Red / 22mm / Black was not in my package.

wrong ones not going to give me what i ordered in the first place not happy havent got the replacement yet not very good customer service at alll

The color of the watch strap was nothing like the photos shown on the site. This is not a case of the item looking different based on which monitor you view it on because I checked the item on several devices. The blue advertised was a medium ocean blue. What I got was a deep navy blue. Won't be purchasing from them again.

Never received it

I ordered this band 10 days ago, takes too long to receive it.

When I ordered the band ,18 mm I asked for a pair of 19 mm pins it was my dad’s watch that was very old put with 19 pins it would work good, never received the pins so I had to go buy pins

Items are being shipped from china; so expect delay. Second they shipped the wrong item completely different from what I ordered. Third no customer service response if you had used their website. Go to Facebook and use instant message where you will get response in a day. Fourth wait for 10 more days to get the right item. Dont know why I placed the order here; should have used amazon.
