I used the Ritani upgrade program and could not have had a smoother process. Everyone at Ritani is amazing, but I worked through most of the process with Silvia who is phenomenal! They helped me more than I could've imagined, kept my wife from finding out about the upgrade, and always answered their phone within 2 minutes. I cannot recommend Ritani and Silvia enough. If you're hesitant about using an online jeweler, I guarantee you will not be disappointed in Ritani.

Not easy to buy an engagement ring online, but the website is easy to use and very informative. Ritani was also quick to provide different options and solutions when faced with some delays in the process due to the current pandemic, and were very helpful throughout the whole process. Plus the ring is amazing.
