RitaniReviews of ritani.com

Beautiful ring, could not be happier with my choice to use Riani for the company to build my Fiances ring. Excellent customer service!

I was shopping for an engagement ring and Ritani truly exceeded my expectations! While I did a lot of shopping around both online and in stores, they have an extensive selection of rings and diamonds at very fair prices. But the deciding factor was really their partnership with storefronts and free in-store preview. I found it incredibly valuable to see much of their online selection in the stores before ordering. Then to physically see and hold the particular ring and diamond I selected before fully committing to the purchase, really made the difference in knowing I made the right choice. Throughout the process, customer service was excellent, promptly shipping my order to the store and sending helpful notifications. And after my purchase, one free resizing (after popping the question) was obviously hugely appreciated - and they completed the fix and got it back to us within a week! In every step of the process, Ritani was excellent. I could not have asked for a better ring shopping experience, and I have nothing but positive things to say about Ritani! Thank you!

Great products and customer service! Very smooth and no issues

The ring was exactly what my Fiancée and me were expecting (she picked it), the diamond came with it's GIA certificate, an expert valuation and very professionally packed, right on time and with plenty of notice from Fedex so I could be at home waiting for it. Would recommend to anyone, no more trips to local stores feeling rushed to buy or awkward when something is too expensive or not what we want... BTW: Contacted sales and customer service a couple times with a few questions and they were very friendly and down to the point people, the best kind :)

We loved working with Ritani. They made the process of designing a custom ring easy, quick and fun! There was no such thing as too many questions and seeing my idea come to life with the renders was so helpful. I can't stop looking at my ring and highly recommend working with the Ritani team.

Jess was THE BEST. This whole experience really, was great! Poor gal had to spend almost 5 months with me emailing her every now and then with different ideas and somehow her patience never wore out. Not only was the customer service top notch, not just with her but surprisingly excellent when I called in too, but I really felt heard and that the advice I was being given was not geared toward the highest ticket price (it’s so transparent when sales people do that). Jess gave me advice that match my needs and was clearly geared toward best fit. I’m so grateful. Thank you Ritani. I was referred to you by a friend who got her ring with you guys and had glowing reviews, I will continue to pay forward the favor.

Great service with reasonable prices. Was able to shop through several hundred diamonds before choosing exactly what I was looking for. Fiancé is thrilled

We have come to trust the quality of the Ritani brand. Their customer service is unmatched and the ordering process is so easy and efficient.
