RitaniReviews of ritani.com

Referred to Ritani by a jeweler (family friend) as he said he couldn't compete with the prices. Excellent service - Jessica S. was very helpful in making sure I received my ring on time. My timeline was a bit tight as I wanted to ring to propose during an upcoming trip and they really came through to make it happen. Thanks guys!!

Excellent quality at a great price. Highly reccomend!

Proposed to my fiancee under the Northern Lights in Sweden. It was one of the best moments of my entire life and it would not have been possible without Amrita and Kenzie's assistance and expertise. Thank you!

My experience w/ Ritani's customer service was very satisfying. I spoke with two wonderful women on two separate occasions. Both treated me as if I was their number one customer. They were respectful and extremely knowledgeable of the product I called about. I got my ring this morning and am beyond thrilled with the craftsmanship and the feel on my hand. BEAUTIFUL!!!

Very good retailer for nice diamonds! Fast and excellent service!

I definitely rate Ritani 5 stars based on style and quaility but the customer service is always beyond expectations. Great people to work with. Hence, we purchased our second ring at Ritani and will be our first choice again in the future.

My second order from Ritani they have been very helpful through it all

The craftsmanship of my diamond wedding band is beautiful! I had to send the ring back due to sizing- they fixed and sent the ring back within a couple of weeks. My experiences with their customer service reps were very good. They handled my request professionally, kept me informed through the process and shipping, and followed up to ensure the ring was perfect for me! I was incredibly impressed with the level of quality and service I've received from Ritani and I will certainly (already have) refer friends and family.
