Beautiful craftsmanship on their rings
Response from RitaniJan 14, 2019
Hi Antonia, Thank you for this amazing review, we take great pride at handcrafting all of our rings in our own facility in NY and are pleased that you took notice to the work we put in. We remember your order and loved the way it turned out, happy to hear you did too! Looking forward to working with you in the future!

Jess from customer service went above and beyond. She helped me tweak a design to hold a different shape stone. Then she sent stone suggestions and reasoning of what would look best in my setting. She even went to her management to check for current promotions. I was very impressed! I can’t wait to see the finished product!

The diamond looks like its "floating". The color looks better in person. I had a 0.23ct diamond, a larger carat weight would look really good on this ring.
