Overall satisfied with my engagement ring purchase. At first viewing there was a noticeable area benith the diamond on the top of the band that was unfinished. The ring was sent back to be finished. When the ring was returned the area was re-plated but not smoothed out. I liked the broad selection of diamonds with an easy grade system to help you pick the perfect one and that you could buy the wedding band at the same time

The experience was excellent. The diamond Was outstanding.. Ready for an upgrade already

Very nice ring, thank you.

Excellent customer service and staff really know jewelery.

Looked exactly as shown on website, my wife loved it and I received the wire discount.

The ring I ordered looks great, and I appreciate that it comes with a warranty. However, it took almost a month to be delivered.

We had some issues, but customer service has been so stellar, it was hard to even take one start away.

The necklace came broken but support was quick about it. I'm waiting to get my replacement. Hopefully things go smoothly and i can give the 5 stars.
