RitaniReviews of ritani.com

This is my second time purchasing from Ritani, first an engagement ring and now our wedding bands. The experience has always been painless and stress free. I worked with several Ritani specialists via email and over the phone and they were always so helpful, answering any questions with no pressure to purchase.

So although there was a slight complication with what I ordered, Ritani immediately emailed me and called my cellphone to let me know. They helped me understand what the issue was and how to fix it and honestly saved me from making a possibly huge mistake while ordering my ring so I’m glad and grateful for their customer service and honestly value towards making sure their customers are aware of what they’re getting, and happy with it. And I truly think they did the most for me!!! Amarita was my consultant and she was amazing really couldn’t be more thankful for her amazing work!!! Ritani was amazing, thank you so much for the perfect ring!

Customer service was great.

Very helpful and prompt during the order process

Great support and great rings!

Customer service is AMAZING! Amrita helped me chose my ring from start to finish, prompt replies, and was so knowledgeable in the selection process. I haven’t received my ring just yet, but I know it will be perfect! Thank you!

Incredible experience. I bought a ring from Ritani a year ago and decided to upgrade the diamond. Found a fabulous stone, had great help from all the service reps who were so nice, professional and accommodating, and I made the switch. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Ritani is a great company. I’ve purchased an engagement ring and a wedding band from them. I couldn’t have picked a better place to buy.
