Very courteous and professional

I phoned to order 2 heart shaped loose diamonds. I spoke with Amrita G and she was very knowledgable and very courteous. She found exactly what I needed, sent it to me for approval via email and I placed my order. It was a very pleasant experience. I was referred to Ritani from a friend who also had a great experience. Thank you!

Aint actually seen the ring yet/ but the quality and price were grat

Amazing customer service, I gave them a tight deadline and they delivered an absolutely gorgeous ring. I would recommend Ritani to everyone!

Amanda was very helpful in selecting loose diamond for a floating pendant necklace

Great experience

Just bought my new wife to be her wedding ring online from Ritani. I whole process was painless, and I applied for the 12month 0% interest. No problems what so ever. It will be here in 5 days. Happy camper here.

Ritani is a first rate jeweler with quality products and great customer service. I actually enjoy jewelry shopping knowing that I can't go wrong with them or their products.
